Malaysia’s SME Solutions Expo 2020 applies ibentos 3D Experience to Virtual Event.

SME Solutions Expo partnered with ibentos Virtual Events Platform to host Malaysia’s 1st ever Virtual SME Expo with interactive elements like 3D exhibitor booths, 3D virtual entrance, Virtual Conferences and a stellar virtual environment for an excellent user experience.

We, at ibentos, levelled up our game on experiential events by conducting the 3D virtual event – SME Solutions Expo in Malaysia with 30+ exhibitors in line to interact with the small and medium enterprises looking for business solutions. Malaysia’s SME Solutions Expo was the largest Virtual Expo on products and solutions for SMEs in the region.

With more emphasis on providing a life-like experience, the SME Expo opened with a stunning 3D entrance to the venue. A 3D Lobby is designed for the attendees from where they toggled between virtual rooms and exhibitors’ booths. This Virtual 3D Booth provided ample branding space for all sponsors, exhibitors and other stakeholders. The layout of this lobby was designed keeping in mind actual event locations. It comprised an entry to the Conference room and Exhibition room. The lobby entrance also had several banners of the SME stakeholders placed in the virtual lobby area. ibentos 3D layout is immersive & extensive in nature and we readily provide the users with wider opportunities to explore a virtual yet life-like event.

Virtual Conference
The Conference overview, designed with banners of the stakeholders involved in the event allowed better understanding & gave a hybrid event experience for the user. A Virtual Auditorium was designed for the users to give them the feel of a real conference. Our Conference rooms also had a virtual arena as well as a virtual audience to give an enhanced view during the LIVE virtual event.

Virtual Exhibition
On clicking the Exhibition Virtual Room icon, the user reached the Exhibitors’ hall that had all the Exhibitors booths inside it. On entering the booth, the user was given detailed description & information about their products & services including brochures.

Users in the booth, connected with the exhibitors via Voice call, WhatsApp & video call that facilitated one-to-one interaction. Brochures of the exhibitor organisation, their photos & Videos, Product information along with the ‘add to favourite’ option was made available for the attendees. For an enhanced & time-saving experience, solutions provided by each of these exhibitors/organisations were also highlighted. Attendees could send messages on the ibentos platform for raising further enquiries.

Virtual Programmes
Another major Virtual area inside the SME Solutions Expo was the different Virtual Programmes wherein presenters from different organisations spoke and interacted with businesses/companies over relevant topics, crises and ways to overcome them. Panel discussions with more than two presenters along with Masterclass sessions were also arranged for maximum engagement of the attendees.

Additionally, to make the event an interactive and experiential one, a dynamic approach had been put forward for creating the user interface. Easy navigation, Branding options and virtual elements that completely match an event organizer’s vision & ideas were incorporated in this Virtual Event.
